My Name is kaushal married tonk.k.s.sidhu in Nov 2008 ' since that day he along with his mother and kids from 1st wife is torturing me like anything ...now they all have gathered in my house in Raj Nagar Extension to disturb my mental peice ...words can't explain his behaviour for me ...

A.Dear Client,
You can prosecute your husband and in-laws under section 498A of IPC.
This section covers any physical or emotional harm caused to a married woman by her husband or in-laws. Any such kind of offense is punishable under law and the punishment can be an imprisonment of three years or more and the culprit shall be liable to heavy fines. Please consult a lawyer

A.Hello Client,

If your husband and in-laws are bothering you and torturing you mentally then you may lodge a complaint against them at your local police station.
If you wish to get a divorce then also you can proceed with the same with the help of an advocate.
