NCCRP complaint is registered against my bank account for crypto trading NCCRP complaint is registered against my bank account for crypto trading

Unfortunately, my bank account is linked in this scenario, I called to Investigating officer who is from different state, but they are not saying my name or my details.
And they are not willing to unfreeze my account,
I told them I will provide all crypto trading proof, but they are not willing to cooperate.

I am planning to goto Canada for higher studies in next 6 months.

Will this destroy my dream of going Canada?

Help me understand what is this situation, and I saw youtube videos for similar crypto situations,
they are telling to compromise with police and pay money.
Why should a victim pay victim while criminal escape already.

help me to resolve this issue without spending much money.

A.Dear Client,
Incidentally, cryptocurrency trading is neither illegal nor it is regulated by any specific legislation yet in India. . National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime including cryptocurrency scams or complaints online. However, when one is a victim of scams and frauds while trading in cryptocurrency, It is advised that when any suspicious activity is detected in a trader’s exchange wallet, they should contact the customer service of that exchange, and voice their concern with the representatives as a precautionary measure to seek justice in India. So, once a cyber crime involving cryptocurrency trading is reported online to NCCRP, you have to wait for the completion of the investigation of the scam by the investigating agency. you may visit cyber crime cell of the Police for further clarifications and necessary guidance in the matter to get yourself free from any scam asap.
