My brother physical abuse me and my mother

My brother hit both my mother and me and even verbally abuse my father and grandparents. My brother is 22 this year.My brother broke my mother arm and my wrist bcuz mom is not willing to give him money and I defended my mother and he always rob my mother money. Family adviced to marry him and he become married it's been 1 year and my sis in law is on his side never tried to stop him and always complain and my mother always do the housework while she is sitting watching her phone if we try to tell her to do work she will tell my brother and he will try to physically and verbally abuse me and my mother Durning 1 year 6 to 7 fights happened. my grandparents always stay on 2 boats they always said he a child he will improve and he just got worse. He physical abused my mother bcuz she refused to take out a loan of 13 lakhs bcuz he want to go to foreign and then to go to Delhi sec time my mother refused to give him money but then my grandparents gave him. If my mother said she want them to live on their own he abused her and said he want my father property when my mother said we will give him ancestors property and not the one made by my father hardwork he said he wanted half of it and my mother refused as me and my little brother are not yet of legal age.
