I want to break my employment bond under my training period
10 months ago
I wanted to know that can I break my bond under my training period. The bond was of 2 years and of 4 lacs. It was not signed on stamp paper but on a letter head of the company. I want to resign but they are telling me to pay the bond amount. They told me that they had invested in my training.
A.Dear client,
for a bond to be enforceable, it must be executed on stamp paper of appropriate value. If that is not the case, it cannot be used against you and the company cannot come after you legally.
