Mental Harassment by college Dean and Dean's office.

The Dean of my college was forcing me to write an undertaking stating that I wanted to repeat my second year. I had got a placement and I denied to write such thing that I did not want. He therefore brought out my attendance issues and lied about me to everyone. He has told quite horrible things about me and the VC is not listening to me. They have not published my grades and not given me degree. I am a mental health patient and cannot go through the trauma if I repeat and I also lose my job. What should I do?
A.Dear Client,
If an undertaking or declaration is obtained from a person applying force, threat or undue influence, the document is not enforceable being void ab initio. When both Dean and VC is not responding to your appeal, you can make an appeal to the Chancellor of the University, i.e, the Governor of the State explaining the entire fact behind your concern for a resolution in the matter. You can also approach the Chairperson, National Human Rights Commission for redressal of your cause of concern/trauma. Failing all these attempts you may contact an Advocate for guidance and for filing a criminal prosecution against the university which is a time-consuming process to obtain a degree/diploma which may adversely affect your career too.
