My account freezed by cyber police

Sir /madam
I am from Mangalore present working in dubai..2months before i gave one friend to send money to my Indian account that is 35400rs after now my account freezed, my father gone my bank and they gave legal notice that Kerala cyber crime freezed my account and fir also booked..I really don't know what happened...what should I do please give advise
A.You should immediately approach the concerned cyber cell department where the complaint has been lodged against your bank account along with an advocate. Once you reach there, meet with the Investigating Officer and enquire about the exact complaint and try to settle the matter
