My question is can police search any person on ground of suspicion before registering FIR and before arresting me my matter is that police were on road duty and police officer standing there and me with my friends also standing their police got suspicion on me and came to me and search me in person and found fake currency thereafter arrest me and lodged FIR u/s 489A , B of ipc my question is that can police search any person without registering FIR and before arrestting on any suspicion ground , if yes under which provision of CrPC

This is absolutely illegal. The police officer needs a warrant to search you without which he has no power
