Can estranged wife ask to stay in the Flat that's on my mother's name?

Me and my wife were staying (since last 2 years) in the flat which was on my mother's name while my parents were staying in my native village, and now due to disputes between me and my wife she left to her Parents home and filed a false DVC on me and Parents.
In DVC, she claims Residence Order for that flat (as it's the matrimonial home) which is on my Mother's name? Would the judge be in wife's favour ?
