A.Dear client,

Cooperate with the authorities: If the police have issued a notice or summoned you to the station, it is generally advisable to cooperate and comply with their instructions. However, it is crucial to have legal representation during any questioning or proceedings.

Engage legal representation: If you cannot afford a lawyer, consider exploring options for legal aid or assistance from organizations that provide free or reduced-cost legal services. They can help ensure that your rights are protected and provide guidance throughout the legal process.

Document everything: Keep records of all communications, notices, and any evidence related to the case. This documentation can be helpful for your lawyer and can support your defense if necessary.

Notify educational institution: If your sibling needs to leave for college, it may be necessary to inform their educational institution about the situation. Provide them with any relevant documents or legal notices to keep them informed.

Support your father's IP process: Continue to support your father during the insolvency process. It's important to gather all necessary documentation and comply with the requirements of the IP proceedings.
