Unfortunately I have to give him in lakh as there is no financial help for my business idea. But still my loan is not sanctioned. When I asked to return my money , he is not returning. I made a police complaint and send legal notice but no use . They are only delaying the matters. Should I complaint to the Anti Corruption unit? Please advise me.

A.Dear client,

Corruption is a serious offense, and it's important to take appropriate action to address it. Here are some steps you can consider:

Gather evidence: Collect any evidence you have related to the bribe, such as communication records, payment receipts, or any witnesses who can support your claim. This evidence will be crucial in proving your case.

File a complaint with the Anti-Corruption Unit: Reporting the incident to the Anti-Corruption Unit or the appropriate anti-corruption agency in your country is a recommended course of action. Provide them with all the relevant information, including details about the bank manager and the corruption scheme. They may conduct an investigation into the matter.

Seek legal assistance: Consult with a lawyer who specializes in corruption or criminal law. They can advise you on the legal options available to you and help navigate the process.

Follow legal procedures: Continue to cooperate with the authorities and provide any additional information or evidence they may request during the investigation. Your lawyer can guide you on the proper legal procedures to follow.

Maintain records: Keep a record of all your communications and interactions with the authorities, including copies of any documents you submit or receive. This will help ensure that you have a comprehensive record of your efforts to address the issue.
