I bought a laptop from amazone online.I made a complaint against amazon in consumer court.Do i have to file a case against the seller of the product as second opponent party?

A complaint is made against the involved parties in the Consumer Dispute, So, the seller of the goods should be made a party to the consumer dispute. When you already filed a complaint before the Consumer Court. you need to submit a petition before the Court praying for amendment in the cause title of the complaint impleading a name of one more OP which is essentially required for the sake of justice.
