I'm already married bt nt leaving with husband.i was leaving with another person.bt due to some serious reasons hmlogoko marriage krna pda.n now he is nt supporting me n his parents are physically mentally n sexually harassing me.
What to do??

First thing is your marriage is not legal.
you should have married after getting the divorce from your first husband which you have not done.
The person whom you have married has taken full advantage of the situation.
If you want to sort it out, then go to the Police Station, file a FIR, and Police will start taking action.
Law will take its own course.
You have to have patience.
