A.Hi client,
There should not be any problem. Though at certain times, the officers hold such application. For a safer side, make an affidavit declaring that both names are correct.

A.Dear Client,
In order to change your father's name from the 10th & 12th certificates you need to visit the regional office of your respective school board with an application stating that you need to rectify the name of your father in the certificates and then the officials will tell you the further steps.

A.Dear client,
To correct the name on your educational mark sheets, you typically need to follow the process prescribed by the educational board or institution that issued the documents. This process may vary depending on the board or institution and the specific requirements they have in place.
Here are some general steps you can consider:
Contact the educational board or institution: Reach out to the board or institution responsible for issuing your 10th and 12th class mark sheets. Inquire about their process for correcting the name on the documents and ask for their specific requirements.
Gather supporting documents: In addition to a gazette notification, you may be required to provide additional supporting documents, such as an affidavit stating the correct name, a notarized deed poll, or any other documents requested by the educational board or institution.
Follow the prescribed process: Once you have the necessary documents, follow the process outlined by the educational board or institution. This may involve submitting an application, paying any required fees, and providing the supporting documents.
Verification and correction: The educational board or institution will typically verify the documents and process your request for name correction. They may issue corrected mark sheets with the updated name.
Once you have the corrected mark sheets, you can then use them as supporting documents for your passport application.
It's important to note that the specific requirements and processes may vary depending on the educational board, institution, and the jurisdiction you are in. It's recommended to contact the educational board or institution directly for accurate information and guidance on the name correction process for your 10th and 12th class mark sheets. Additionally, consult with the passport authorities to understand their specific requirements for name correction during the passport application process.
