Suspended license Suspended license

I used to own a bar license under my name which is suspended for the moment but not yet cancelled. The bar is closed now but the license has not been cancelled yet. So can I start a government job before the full cancellation of my license?

A.Dear client,

In many cases, certain government jobs may have requirements related to the individual's background, including any legal or regulatory issues they may have encountered. If you have a suspended bar license, it's possible that this could be a factor considered during the hiring process. Some government jobs may require individuals to have a clean record or meet certain criteria, including having all necessary licenses and permits.

To obtain accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend contacting the relevant government authorities or a legal professional who specializes in employment and licensing matters in your jurisdiction. They will be able to provide you with specific guidance based on the applicable laws and regulations in your area, since it depends on which type of government job you intend to join

A.Dear Client,
Cancellation of a suspended trade license of business got no role to play if you joined any Govt. Service. Until and unless, you are accused of a criminal offense or convicted by a Court of Law, your police record remains clean, So, at the moment, as desired, you can start or join a Govt. job.
