Electric Pole replacement Electric Pole replacement

The electric pole in front of our house is old, damaged and bent. It has a heavy line passing through it and collapse anytime. I raised a complaint with the BESCOM(Electric board). One of their persons walks in to check and is asking 10000 to get it replaced. He says he could get the pole but crane and other services are chargeable. What should I do?

A.Dear client,
Ideally BESCOM should not charge any expenses from you for replacing the electric pole as it is a public expense. Please file a complaint in the BESCOM official website to redress your grievance
