My grandfather hold land in survey number 1304 from 60 years and passed away in the year 1960 after that my father hold and transfer all title on his name everything update passbook also issued and record also updated in pahani copies everything done but last year 2022 some people's create fake documents.
In there documents survey number show 1306 and boundries mentioned my area survey number 1304
I also take survey report from thasildar office . Surveyor also approved you are survey number is correct it's 1304 but that guy deliberately file case in civil court what should I do now

A.Dear client,
Please engage a good lawyer and contest the case. Please give all relevant evidence in support of your case(survey report etc). The judge will pass order in your favour if you have a valid defence
