Complaint against my boyfriend offence of cheating, fraud, criminal breach of trust and rape of pretext of false promises of marriage . Where should I go to file a complaint? Can i file a complaint online

A.Dear Madam,
You have to directly walk into Police Station where such offences are happened and lodge a written complaint and if necessary approach higher police officers with a rank of IPS.

A.Dear client,
Please go to the police station and file an FIR. To lodge an FIR, a complaint can be given orally or in writing. If the complaint is given orally the police officer will write it down in the prescribed format and receive signature of the complainant after reading it out to him/her. If the complaint is given in writing it will be attached to the FIR itself.

yes, a complaint may be filed online as well. Here are the procedures:

If the respective state or city provides for such a service it can be done through internet
One must access the website and follow the Steps given on the website
A copy of complaint/FIR would be sent to the email address provided by the complainant.
Complainant must give their working email address and/or their WhatsApp contact when filing a complaint
