Emotional abuse, mental abuse and financial manipulation Emotional abuse, mental abuse and financial manipulation

My sister in law is in dire need of help. Her in laws and husband have been demanding money for various reasons, ranging from wedding costs to financial support for my husband during his court cases or supporting my MIL when my husband was unavailable. There is more to the story but this is the basis of all the emotional, mental abuse with financial manipulation from their side. We have tried to be cordial, we have set up a payment plan also and have been paying them, in hopes that she can be supported and they would come to a final quote. But they have not supported her in any means and have sold all her jewellery. I believe that they will never come with a quote as they are creating alot of miscommunication amongst us. We have also went to them to discuss this amicably but due to their violent behavior, we had to call the police and seek their protection as only me and my MIL went. My husband is unavailable as he works abroad to support us. We have the financial responsibilities of three families. We need to mediate this matter in presence of authorities where we know that there is no scope of violent or aggressive behavior. Plus we want to take out my SIL and her son out of their house as she has express to leave her current situation. We would like to provide her with counselling and legal support at the earliest as we observe that she has been having suicidal tendencies in our last conversation.
