I have resigned from my company on 5 July and the company has hold my June salary is it right or can I take a legal action on them ?
A.Dear client,
Withholding of Salary or F & F settlement dues by the employer in the event that you tendered your resignation in accordance with the terms of your employment contract constituted an unfair labour practise. Contact the office of the concerned labour commissioner to file a complaint on alleged unfair labour practises by the employer in order to get your concerns addressed.
