I have resigned from my company on 5 July and the company has hold my June salary is it right or can I take a legal action on them ?

A.Dear client,
Withholding of Salary or F & F settlement dues by the employer in the event that you tendered your resignation in accordance with the terms of your employment contract constituted an unfair labour practise. Contact the office of the concerned labour commissioner to file a complaint on alleged unfair labour practises by the employer in order to get your concerns addressed.

A.Dear Client,
In case you tendered your resignation following the terms of contract of employment, then withholding of Salary or F & F settlement dues by the employer amounted to unfair labour practice. Reach out to the office of concerned Labour Commissioner for filing a complaint against the employer over alleged unfair labour practice for redressal of grievance.
