Dear Sir/Madam,
A 6 biswa area property with Khasra number 799 have a dispute in court. The mention property have 2 owner. As per govt records owner A have 2/3 share and owner B have 1/3 share. But owner B claims 2/3. And he bribed to patwari and revenue's CO and changed the proportion. The same had written down into Katuni. But owner A appealed to court of revenue's commissinor and he stayed as "until matter in court both party maintain status quo". But after some owner A won the case in court of revenue's Deputy officer and he ordered as A has 2/3 and B has 1/3. But in meanwhile after deputy's order owner B sold the property by doing a aggrement of 2 biswa and registry of 2 biswa to third party.

How we can stay in this matter or appeal for cancellation of registry.

Thanks
Ashish Kumar

Thank you so much for your valuable reply.
We did filed a Permanent injunction but court given a order of temporary or interim injunction till next date and issued notice to defendants.

We also want to file a objection for mutation of sale registry , can we do it ?

Thanks
