My grand father had a property in combined and still it is in his name died without making willand grandmother also died without any registered will.They have two sons (my father and my uncle).both of them married.my uncle had one son and he died recently(not married and don't have children).my dad have one kid(me).if my uncle died before his wife,will she has right over my grandfather's property?
