2A caste and income certificate 2A caste and income certificate

My parents are from agriculture background. I currently work as a group - C state govt employee. I am married and my family income (me and my husband)
for the previous financial year (2022-23) stands at Rs. 7,04,000 only (gross). As per state OBC list my caste comes under 2A category. To apply for state civil services exam I am in seek of caste and income certificate. And I had applied for the same, but which has been rejected twice, citing the reason that both ration card of my family and my husband's family (His father and mother) are taken into consideration for calculating the family income... With these details I want to know whether I am eligible to obtain 2A caste and income certificate? Please give your insights.

A.Dear client,
Income of your parents only will be calculated. Thus you must see that.
The government will consider the parents’ status to determine “creamy layer” instead of status of the candidate applying for the job.
