A.Dear client,

Check society rules: Review the rules and bylaws of your society to see if there are any specific regulations regarding pet ownership and walking pets within the premises. If there are rules in place, ensure that you are complying with them.

Communicate with the society: Initiate a respectful and polite conversation with the society's management committee or members to discuss the issue. Explain the importance of walking your dog for its physical and mental health. Address any concerns they may have and try to find a compromise that ensures the safety and cleanliness of the premises.

Pet-friendly policy: Advocate for the implementation of a pet-friendly policy within the society that includes designated areas or timings for pet owners to walk their dogs. Present the benefits of having such a policy, such as a happier and healthier pet community.

Pet welfare organizations: Reach out to local animal welfare organizations or NGOs that may have experience in dealing with such situations. They might be able to provide guidance or support in resolving the issue.

Seek legal advice: If your society is uncooperative or refuses to address the issue, consider seeking legal advice from a lawyer specializing in property or animal laws. They can advise you on your rights as a pet owner and the legal recourse available to you.

Pet training: Consider enrolling your dog in a professional dog training program to help reduce its fear and anxiety during walks. A well-trained dog is more likely to be accepted in communal areas.
