Sir if department not notified RRs for post. The MACP not granted by the department for that reasons. The fault done by the department not by the employees . Pl confirm how we done our MACP.
A.Dear Client,
If the concerned deptt did not notify the vacant post following the Recruitment Rules(RR) by default and for that lapse on the part of the concerned deptt, you are deprived of the benefit available under the Modified Assured Career Progression(MACP) Scheme, which offers career advancement opportunities to government employees who have not been promoted in ten, twenty, or thirty years of their long service, then you need to represent your grievance u/s.20 of CAT Act, 1985 before the Higher Authority for the redressal of your grievance and following the provision laid down u/s.21(Limitation), file an application u/s.19 of the Act read with the provision CAT(Procedure) Rules, 1987 and the CAT Rules of Practice, 1993 before the Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT) for redressal of your grievance and appropriate relief. Reach out to an Advocate who is conversant with the procedure of CAT matters for guidance and steps.
