Remedy for false civil suit
Someone filed a false civil suit against me to claim damages just to harass me. I have faced mental torture, financial loss and harassment to fight this false suit. How to get this person punished for abusing process of law, knowing that their case is false? The person also enjoyed after making their family member a legal representative who tried to keep the case stuck for no reason and signed on the documents, knowing that the case is false. I want to get a criminal case filed against these people(both the petitioner and their representative) for deliberately harassing me via court.
A.Dear client,
file an application for dismissal of the case with cost. You may also approach the higher court for getting the same quashed on the ground of maintainability.
