Bringing a cyber criminal to India to get them arrested

If I\'m a victim of a cyber crime and I\'ve managed to make the criminal(Citizen of another country) come to India, is it possible to file a case against them with all the evidence and get them arrested here in India? How long would I have to keep them here?
