My friend borrowed an amount of rs 4 lacs , which i inturn borrowed from my another friend in good faith, no it is 4 ,months , she is giving me all reasons and not answering my phone , to pay back the amount .
I dont have any money to return to my friend , who gave the money , i am in total fix , please advice how to recover the amount ,

My friend had lot of outstanding from private banks and they had controls on her bank accounts , so my friend , made me deposit the 4 lacs cheque in my account and i issued cheques to her loan accounts from my account , so i dont have any proof that she took the amout

A.Dear client,
To recover the money, you can file a court summons against anyone. For example, you could send the intimation to a friend's dealer, bank, or other institution. When your sum is unpaid or not managed to recover from the person due to their misconduct, you must send a legal notice for recovery of money.
