My friend's father has been doing some business on real estate with 5 or more partners his first partner had made a huge liability over the business and he dead after that my frnds father become liable of the money to be paid ...he has did it to an extent even he haven't taken a single rupee from it ... before 1 yr my frnds father has died due to heart attack ...now the other partners have joined to file case against my friend to lay all the liablilities ... actually they havent fild case but has gone to police ...my friend is not in such a financial situation to pay these ...to my very little knowledge I don't think it's possible to file case against my friend as he is not involved in the business and his father is no more now ...sir plz help what shall we do?
