A.Dear client,

I understand your concern about the stay order that was issued in June 2022 and the failed mediation in December of the same year. To remove the stay order, you'll need to take specific steps in the legal process.

Firstly, you'll have to file a motion with the court requesting the removal of the stay order. In this motion, you should clearly state the reasons why you believe the stay should be lifted. For instance, you can highlight the failure of the mediation process as a compelling reason.
Once the motion is filed, the court will schedule a hearing to review your request. During the hearing, you'll have the opportunity to present your arguments, explaining why the stay should be lifted. The other party involved in the case will also have the chance to present their perspective.
The judge will carefully consider the arguments presented by both parties and evaluate the situation based on the relevant laws and facts of the case. If the court agrees with your reasoning, they may issue an order to remove the stay, allowing the case to continue its normal course.
