A.Dear Client,
When you paid double the amount against a credit card debt of Rs.15000/- two years ago, then how is the lender now demanding an amount of Rs.80000/- for settlement against the credit card debt? So, you need to know the reason behind the arbitrary demand of the Bank by filing an application asking for a statement of credit card account based on which they are demanding an exorbitant amount from the cardholder. If the Bank fails to provide the desired statement then make an application under RTI Act, 2005 which they are legally bound to respond to within the time frame. Before opting for litigation to resolve the matter, you need to know the reason or ground of demand to defend it suitably before the Court.

2. Your notice should mention a specified time period within which they have to reply and agree as you have paid the same.
In case they fail to comply with you legal notice, THEN,
