My husband brother and her wife put domestic violence case on sister and brother in law. They put both out of the house and illegally both are staying in house which belongs to my father in low. So we files criminal case with criminal lawyers. They send notice from court brother in low he took the notice and came to court for one hearing. Sister she didn’t receive the notice. From court they are giving us every month date still nothing happened. Brother in low he traveled abroad. We are coming to court with some hope. Because my husband brother don’t have any house to stay .so plz tell me some suggestions what we can do .
