I lost my money in online fraud job

How to i raise a complaint for that?
Recently I got a message from telegram as part time job. initially they give small money after that they demanding huge money for my payment. finally i deposited 33 lak in that platform. now they hold my payments and demand more 6 lak for withdrawal fee.
