I have aproperty in Alleppey amuncipal areawhich I got through familypartition.I rarely visit the plot.there is no tree I that plot only weeds grown own as it not properly looked.how ever there is fencing on the border of the property. One of my neibourr complaints to muncipality for the weed grown in my plot which no way cross to boundary or not as a dangerous way .yet the muncipality served a notice to clear the weed under the sec 412(1)..can I challenge it in lawfull way for harrasment. I am not staying there .
