in my society, as per passbook money transfer to secretary personal account and we have call urgent meeting and removed him as secretary but now he is saying I'm the secretary even though he signed in minutes book and he is not ready to change signature in bank

A.Dear Client,
Bring the matter to the notice of regulatory authority i.e, Registrar of Cooperative Society with a copy of the resolution taken unanimously on the majority of the vote to replace/remove the Secretary on the charge of misappropriation of society's fund in a duly convened EC meeting following the provision of Byelaws of the Society to resolve the matter. If the allegation is proved before the RA, the Secretary may face legal consequences including cancellation of membership from the Society. Apart from this, if the Byelaws empower, the President of the Society can ask for an explanation from the Secretary for the alleged misappropriation of society's funds.
