Problem with gym sound near my flat

Sir recently a gym behind my flat has been started in a farm land with temporary structure, due to the structure it has gaps ,hence it's not sound proof and my peace in the flat has been completely destroyed ,how can officially raise complaint for this ,after asking gym owner he is using bad language that I will not slow down music

A Gym is a commercial activity in not allowed on a farm or agricultural land, In the prevailing situation, you may bring the matter to the notice of the Civic Authority or District Administration for a resolution in the matter. Failing which you may a legal action filing a suit under Sec.268 IPC against the Gym owner who committed a public nuisance. A person becomes guilty of public nuisance who does any act or is guilty of an illegal omission which causes any common injury, danger or annoyance to the public or to the people in general who dwell or occupy property in the vicinity. Consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps if the matter is not resolved by the Civic Authority. on receipt of a complaint.
