My Name is Shivika ( changed name), I live in Delhi. its been Five years since I got married. Everything between me and my husband was going smoothly, we were in a good marriage and were enjoying life in our Mutual ways. Last November My grandpa died and for his final rituals I went to my home town, which is in Sultanpur Uttar pradesh, I was there for about 2 months.

Meanwhile My husband and one of his friend went to Thailand. He there found a Thai massage girl ( prostitute) and fell for her beauty and words.

He not only cheated me once but He went to Dubai too to meet her, and called her in Indian and went to multiple places of south india and took a place near our home to live with her in livein relation. I have evidence to support my each and everything I am telling you.

Everyone in his and my family knew about it now, they asked us to forget about the things happened and fresh start everything.

It is a big trauma and shock for my heart and soul but still I am trying to heal and save my relation.

But despite of all my efforts and advice from each and every family members of both families. He is not coming home and is not telling his location since last 15 days.

Now his family has also started hurting me verbally, mentally, emotionally and physically.

The house in which we live is of my Mother in law, and she was threathening me that she will sell the house and will run away like her Son.

Ma'am I don't want to end my marriage. I have a hope that he will sooner or later will realize his mistake and will come back.

But the way his family member started treating me and threathening me, is making me question their itentions.

Please Help me and guide me what can I do now to protect myself from all these.
1. I want my husband to come and live with me.
2. What can I do to stop them selling this home as I know there itention of running away.
3. What legal action I can take against them including my husband to stop physically hurting me and pushing me out of home.

I am a housewife and currently unemployed and till october 2022 I used to give students maths tutions at my home. I am financially depended on my husband now. It was our mutual decision to leave the tuition teaching as we had many other plans together and this Third angle in our relation come after 2 months of that.

A.Dear client,
You have the option of filing a complaint or a FIR against your husband and his family.
Section 415 of the Indian Penal Code allows you to file a case against your husband for cheating.
You can also sue your husband's family for mental harassment under Section 498A of the IPC.
