Correction of Great Great grand fathers land

Hi,I need a justice regarding my Great Great Grand fathers correction of land.
Who has a right to claim the correction of land.Our great great grandfather father has 2 sons there by inheritance as follows iam the fourth generation member.Will it be shared equally for his 2 sons inheritance or not?
