Marksheet not yet provided Marksheet not yet provided

Hi, I completed my graduation 6 years ago and one of my marksheet was not provided by the college. The college charged around ₹.1000 as exam fees+marksheet fees. However, the college is informing me that they cannot find my marksheet. I even went to the university to obtain the file number under which my marksheet was sent and even though I'm making regular visit to the college they are not helping me. Now they are asking me to file an fir stating I lost my marksheet even though I did not. What do I do????

A.Dear Client,
Logically, for missing of any statutory and original documents like PAN Card, EPIC Card, Aadhar Card, Driving license, Birth Certificate including mark sheet,or degree/certificate a General Diary(GD) of local PS is required as a proof of reported missing either from your side or from another side to issue a duplicate or certified copy of documents. After a lapse of 6 years and in the absence of any document supporting your claim and in the prevailing situation. for the sake of your own interest, you need to follow the instruction of the college to get back the copy of the lost mark sheet otherwise matter may be further delayed on litigation.

A.Dear client,
You can file complaint against them and also claim damages from them. But you have to prove that the original marks cards are in their custody during the course of your study.
