my question is my brothers son abused me many times wen i go to ask my right in share in property to my bro ther he is nit fgiving ,my shatew after our parents death please reply

A.Dear Client,
If your deceased parents left the property intestate, i.e, without any Will, then you being a legal heir are entitled to an equal share in the said property along with your siblings. You need to file a partition suit in the Civil Court to get your share in the property. Get in touch with an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear client,
You should file a complaint in the court of the sub divisional magistrate [SDM]. The SDM can take legal action against your siblings for taking forceful possession over the property. The current disputes between your brothers and sisters may cause breach of public peace.
