my neighobar have 3-4 doags
they started keeping one of the small dog in a cage for 24 hours and keep it in the common passage which is in front of my flat, he do everything in it.they clean it time to time but still foul smell come.
while telling them to keep in your flat they start fighting and says all laws are in favour of us , so we will keep dogs wherever we want
they keep one big dog tighed in the enterance of terrace also
and other small dog is roaming in common passage , he chase and bark on each one whoever comes to our floor
we r in very misearable situation.
pls guide us.
as far as my knowledge pets should keep as a family member and we cant keep our family member in a cage for 24 hours
his one more small dog do shit in front of my house regularly and they clean it as per their connivence
You can file a case againt your neighbour for nuisance under Section 268 of IPC to resolve your issue.
