My mother age is 65 old till now she had not got her share from ancestral property. Only my two uncle and one aunty had sold most of the property without my mother sign. We have legal heir certificate. My grand mother died in Dec 2022.But when asked to give the share they are saying that u can go to court and get the share, time will be 25 years to get the share. I have legal heir certificate and grandmother death certificate. They have forged my mother sign to sell property. I don't have any documents and sri office and vao office all are on their side. Give us the direction how get my mother share, can i get stay order for property.

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother can file suit for partition and get interim order not to alienate the said properties or not to raise any constructions and also to deposit the rents if any with the Court.

A.Dear client,
You can file a case against for forging your mother's signature under section 420, 467, 468, and 471 of IPC.
It is recommended to file the complaint as soon as the fraudulent activity is brought to light.
You can also file a declaratory suit stating that she is the absolute owner of the said property and that the fraudulent sales agreement should not be considered.
