Hi,
29 Male here and my ex gf / fiance is 26 Female. We are both from Tamil Nadu.
We were in a relationship from 2022 and we decided to get married. She got pregnant in between and both our parents decided to pre pone the wedding. We went and had a conversation with their family and booked wedding halls, invitation halls, arranged priests for marriage ceremony etc. Due to some reasons she called off the wedding. While my parents told them to come talk to us regarding this, their family did not come and they aborted the pregnancy and filed a complaint. She had mentioned that I had forced her to have sex on pretext that I'd marry her and that I cheated her. Post talks I said that I'd marry her and booked marriage hall, arranged priests once again but their parents didn't even respond back when we talked to them. Now an FIR has been filed against me saying that I have cheated on her. What should I do? My company has asked me to resign after they saw the notice sent by the police since the result of this criminal proceeding is unknown. I have filed an anticipatory bail regarding this but I'm worried about my future.

A.Dear client,
You should apply for a stay order on such an investigation because the complaint was filed owing to misunderstandings between you and your prospective partners. After receiving a stay order, you may present it to your employer and save your job.

Hi Sir,
Thanks for replying.
I've notified my office and I'd be resigning soon since the matter is now known to everyone since my ex-gf's father came and made some problems in office. I'm more worried about the prospect of the case and how it'd end since my office has assured me that once everything settles down they can rehire me in the same / different position due to my earlier contributions. I've filed for an anticipatory bail for now but the judge has reserved for judgement since last week with next hearing date unknown. Any possible methods in which I can hasten this? Also, how hard it would be to fight the case?
