I have been summoned by CMM Court for duty evade case as accused along with my company, I am employee of MNC firm as purchase engineer, I am not clear why they have included me and what are possible reasons and outcomes
A.Dear Sir,
You may go to High Court and get it quashed otherwise ask your company to engage lawyer for you and first Accused must be your company which is liable to pay such fines etc.

A.Dear client,
Once the summons has been served, the person who was called must attend in person before the Court. If the person summoned cannot do so, they must notify the Court immediately and, at the Court's discretion, they may be permitted to appear on the following date.
