Cybercrime police kept no debit

My account was in no debit I used to play online betting recently I have received 6700 from that app. After few minutes automatically my account was in no debit..I don't want to use that amount and account. Will there be any problem for me. Can you please help me out.

They said no case was there in my name,but just they kept in no debit mode.
