Parking Issue
There is a park in our colony. There is a 30ft road I parked my car along with park boundary its a free road and I am parking my car there from last 3 years now one of the neighbor has a problem with that and he is asking us not to park there. Can we legally park on a free road or he is right in asking us not to park? He says the MCJ sweepers are not able to clean under the car that's why he wants us to not park.
A.Dear client,
you can file a police complaint of Wrongful restraint under Section 339 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the person who owns the vehicle or who parked the vehicle in front of your gate.
