Right of granddaughters on the ancestral property gifted by grandfather to mother Right of granddaughters on the ancestral property gifted by grandfather to mother

My grandfather has gifted his ancestral undivided property to my mother ( his second daughter) in 2014. Later my mother sold it in the same year without my consent. Only my grandfather and my mother signed it. Recently we came to know this as another party bought it again. Can I and my sister raise complaint on this?

My mother also has proven schizophrenic condition since 20 years. She looks like a normal person though

A.Dear client,
In case of Hindus and as well as according to Indian Succession Act, you can claim your maternal grandfather's property. The married granddaughter's rights on grandfather property do not disappear merely through marriage. She is still related by blood and thus, may be a rightful heir if her parents are deceased.

My grandfather has gifted to my mother via registered gift deed in 2014. Then somebody else has bought it via sale deed within 3 months. Now another party bought it again.
Is it possible for me and my sister to challenge it now as we are not aware of the sale?
We are majors and unmarried now. If Yes how can we proceed? Please suggest.
