Regarding Ownership of house

My Father Purchased 80 cents of land from my uncle in 2004 , the same land is present at two different locations under same survey no. 70 cents is a agriculture land and 10 cents is a vacant land.
In Registered documents the boundaries for 70 cents is clearly mentioned. My father constructed a house in 10 cents land in 2010 and my uncle did not object that time..My father expired in 2013 and we allowed my uncle stay in our house due to some circumstances.Recently my uncle started to calim that it is his house. He even managed t remove the house no given on my fathers name from the panchay records ..How to get our house back with the above details

A.If Ur father's self acquired properties then you will need to file evacuation suit against Ur uncle
