I gave friendly loan to an acquittance who works in jaipur whereas I reside in mathura and payment is made by my bank branch at allahabad via UPI to him. He is not paying back. Can I file summary civil court case in mathura court. He has cheated me. So can I file criminal case in mathura. What are legal options available to me to recover my hard earn money paid on trust to an acquittance.

A.Dear Sir,
If the amount is less than Rs.2,00,000/- then it is not advisable to proceed the matter considering costs and time consumed in the litigation.

A.Dear client,
You must show that the person borrowed the money and committed a criminal act of breach of trust. Then you can therefore file a lawsuit under Section 420 of the IPC because the person he had to lend them money to defrauded him, as well as under Section 406 of the IPC for Criminal Breach.
