Refund from coaching organizations

Can I fight leagally with coaching organizations for money return after 5 month. Only 10 days of 2 hrs are attended in 5 month. And now I am not interested to do further. I had sign the term and conditions on fees recipt. Where they mentioned about fees will not refund.
A.Dear client,
File a complaint with the Dist. Consumer Commission under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act of 2019 against the concerned Coaching Centre for deficiency in service and unfair trade practise, requesting a refund of Coaching fees as well as compensation for harassment and litigation costs. The complaint must be filed with the District Consumer Commission within TWO YEARS after the occurrence of the cause of action.

When you did not avail the service of the coaching center for the entire period of coaching, then without rendering the service to the Consumer, the coaching center cannot deny the claim of the consumer outrightly even if it is non-refundable which amounts to unfair trade practice. So, in the prevailing situation, file a complaint u/s.35 of CPA, 2019 against the concerned Coaching Centre for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice before the Dist. Consumer Commission claiming refund of Coaching fees along with compensation for harassment and cost of litigation.
