Vehicle sale agreement on 100 Rs Stamp Paper is valid or not? Vehicle sale agreement on 100 Rs Stamp Paper is valid or not?

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am selling my car, the buyer has agreed to execute the sale deed on 100 Rs stamp paper and get it notarized.

The issue is, he wishes to pay Rs 1 lac as advance take possession of the card and promises to pay the rest of Rs 2 lac within 1 week.

I don't know the buyer personally and I am afraid that should I hand over the car to him before getting full payment and properly transferring the RC.

Please suggest what should I do.

Thank You.

Regards,

Anik

A.Dear client,
Without transferring the RC, you will face serious consequences if an accident occurs. Take his signature on the appropriate forms, which are available online or at the RTO office.
